 Ninigret Park, is the focal point of the Ninigret community, located in Charlestown, RI. The park, which was a former naval air station, serves as host to the Big Apple Circus, a Seafood Fest, a Reggae Festival, Rhythm and Roots, and many other concerts and festivals. It also handles numerous recreational activities with 4 tennis courts, a basketball court, a 10 mile bicycle course, little Nini Pond ( freshwater), and a nature center and observatory. |
